Your recordings, and what happens to them

Written for this review build. It describes what the software actually does today, not what a finished product would do.

Use non-confidential test information during review

Please do not record confidential project information or anyone's personal details here. No personal data has been imported into this build and all sample records are synthetic.

Where your audio is stored

Voice studio recordings and other preparation demonstrations stay in your browser on the device you used. Clearing browser storage removes those local copies. The compulsory AI interview is different: its recordings, uploaded documents, transcripts and scores are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. Candidates can access their own interview; assigned mentors and authorised reviewers or staff have role-scoped review access. Candidates do not see rubric scores.

Transcription

If your browser offers speech recognition and you explicitly switch it on, your browser may send the audio to a service operated by the browser vendor to convert it to text. That happens outside Pr-ed's control and needs an internet connection. If it is unavailable, refused or fails, we keep your actual audio and mark the answer “needs transcription” — we never substitute invented text for what you said.

Private development plans

Skills-transfer and contractor diagnostics, development plans and project records are saved in Lovable Cloud. Owners and authorised reviewers can read them. Development stages advance only after an authorised evidence review. Public employer demonstrations do not read these private records.

AI interview processing

With your interview-processing consent, the server sends relevant documents and spoken answers to AI services for question preparation, transcription and rubric-based preparation insight. Question audio is generated server-side. Human review remains responsible for development verification. Do not include confidential client details or third-party personal data.

Deleting things

You can delete local voice recordings and sessions from the voice workspace or reset device data in settings. You can remove uploaded interview documents through the interview workspace, and delete development records and their review history in the relevant track. A local reset does not delete Cloud interviews or accounts; contact the programme administrator for that request.

What production would require

Sign-in, private interview storage and owner/reviewer access controls are implemented. Organisation-scoped reporting, an approved retention schedule, complete account-erasure procedures and review of cross-border AI processing remain requirements before wider production use. This page is not a claim of POPIA certification or a substitute for an approved privacy policy.
